Many of Robert's clients have hopes of becoming residents and/or citizens of the United States, or to obtain and maintain protected status, such as TPS, DACA, victims of human trafficking or violence. Sometimes the process with USCIS and the Department of State is uneventful, but in other cases there are problems in the case history that we have to overcome. We have helped native citizens from more than 50 countries realize their dreams.
